This policy explains how Crossroads Combat Club (“Crossroads,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you visit this website or contact the club through its forms.

Information we collect

When you submit the first-visit form, Gymdesk receives the information you enter, such as your name, contact details, program interests, and any other information requested by that form. Crossroads uses that information to answer your inquiry, recommend a class, schedule a visit, and manage the resulting relationship.

The site also records limited usage data: a randomly generated browser identifier, a session identifier, page path, referring website, and selected button clicks. When a browser error occurs, our analytics may also receive a sanitized error type and message, a hashed identifier for the same-site script, line and column numbers, a limited number of sanitized stack frames, an anonymous error fingerprint, and the website deployment version. We do not send Gymdesk form values, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact information to our site analytics.

Browser storage and hosting data

We use local storage for a random browser identifier and session storage for a temporary visit identifier. These help us understand whether the site and inquiry path work. Your browser settings can clear or block this storage.

Our hosting and service providers may also process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, including IP address, browser and device details, timestamps, and request logs.

How we use information

Service providers

Gymdesk hosts the inquiry form and processes the information entered there. Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website. Orbit provides content management and limited first-party analytics. Google provides the embedded location map. When the map loads or you interact with it, Google may process technical and browser information, such as your IP address, device and browser details, and location or directions requests, under Google’s terms and privacy practices. If you prefer not to use the embedded map, you can use the written street address or the direct directions link instead.

Sharing and sale

We share information with service providers as needed to operate the website and respond to inquiries, and when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. We do not sell personal information or use this site for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, and manage a membership or prospective membership. Analytics records are kept only as long as useful for site operations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information held by Crossroads, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. You can also clear browser storage through your browser. Children

The website is intended for adults and for parents or guardians seeking information about youth classes. A child under 13 should not submit personal information through the site. A parent or guardian should make youth-class inquiries.
