This site provides general information about Crossroads, its programs, schedule, location, and ways to contact the club. Website content is informational and does not create a membership, guarantee admission to a class, or replace direct confirmation from the club.

Schedules and program information

Classes, coaches, hours, prices, availability, and program details may change. Contact Crossroads or use the inquiry form to confirm current information before traveling to the gym or relying on a listed class time.

Martial arts participation

Martial arts and physical training involve risk of injury. Website content is not medical, safety, or training advice and should not be used to decide whether you are medically able to participate. Before training, participants may be required to complete separate enrollment, consent, waiver, payment, and gym-policy documents. Minors require involvement from a parent or legal guardian.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for lawful personal purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or harmful information, misuse forms, scrape the site in a way that burdens its systems, or use its content in violation of law or another person’s rights.

Intellectual property

The Crossroads name, crest, site design, text, and original media are owned by or licensed to Crossroads and are protected by applicable law. You may view and share links to the site for personal, noncommercial use. No other license is granted.

The site includes services and links operated by third parties, including Gymdesk. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use their services. Crossroads is not responsible for third-party systems outside its control.
